Sydney Sinclaire's soaring single 'let's fly to rome'

New year, new look, new Sinclaire. Reemerging as pop dreamers Sinclaire cement their new pop aesthetic new single 'let's fly to rome' that has us wrapped up in a warm blanket that we never want to leave.

Finding their feet in the punk/heavy scene over the years, supporting the likes Trophy Eyes, the scene is not a new beast for the Sydney quartet. Though since the release 'I Needed You' earlier in the year, Sinclaire have traded their head-banging roots for a dreamy musical attire as we usher in the era of "anthemic pop Sinclaire" - and we're here for it.

'let's fly to rome' (yes, all lower-case because capital letters are for a pre-Billie Eilish time) is a darling release and the sophomore single of this sound. Sinclaire boasts synth-heavy, dance beat with airy vocals lands, reminiscent of fellow East-Coasters Lastlings.

Meeting at the crossroads of dance track and dream-pop escapism, Sinclaire have found their voice with 'let's fly to rome'.

Frontman Michael Cross describes the track as expression of longing. "'let's fly to rome' is about wanting to escape from normality with somebody special" says Cross, and the track does exactly that. Whilst is inspired by a long distance romance, in the current climate, longing for being somewhere you're not is a mood that most can relate to.

The second taste of Sinclaire's new sound is certainly something worth getting excited about, keep an eye on these guys, we're calling for big things.
