The QLD based acts ready to tear up BIGSOUND 2025!

We have found ourselves officially less than a month away from BIGSOUND 2025! The prime destination to discover some of the most exciting voices in Australian music with a variety of genres and niches all explored over the three showcase days, BIGSOUND has us feeling like a kid in a candy store.
But just like all kids in candy stores, there's such a vast selection of goods to choose from and it can feel impossible to start choosing who to see and when! This article will take you through some of the epic Queensland based artists set to perform at the 2025 showcase, in an attempt to help you sort out your schedule and meet some new local talent!

With folkloric lyricism and siren songs that purely captivate in a mere listen, Amélie Farren is a songstress weaving modern tales with a dreamy, literary spirit.

Truly living up to her stage name, BADASSMUTHA is an absolute powerhouse with a discography full of groovy tales from her lived experience as a Githabul, Migunberri-Yugumbeh, Gamilaroi woman and multidisciplinary artist, with soul, funk, pop, and reggae influences.
